As I am going to be making a college magazine I decided to look at exsiting college magazines, and see how i know that it is aimed at this target audience.
- Masthead written in a typical college font that would be expected to be seen on a football teams shirt or similar. The masthead also has U written in a large font making it stand out so that the college students feel the magazine is aimed at what is going on
- Image of a student who is their target audience
- Stories related to issues at college like being a 'freshman' .
- Basic colours which are red and blue and white which are colours which are associated with college
