To edit this picture I used the spot healing tool to get rid of the spots and blemishes. I added eye make up by using the brush tool I drew on the eye liner with a blue colour and a low opacity, to do the eyelashes I drew them on in a black colour and followed the shape of the eye and I also added eye shadow by colouring above the eye again with a low opacity. To add the blusher I used a large blush and a red colour with a low opacity. I changed the hair colour slightly by using a dark brush over the hair.
